As voted by majority, Team ASG-STAG is placed under SUSPENSION TO 3 NAF ORGANIZE TOURNAMENT. Once they have decided to abide with the rules and regulations, they can apply again as new NAF MEMBERSHIP (must have sponsoring NAF TEAM, must join 2 NAF TOURNAMENT & Complete requirement which is the Team Roster & Team ID Picture).
3. MARSHALING MANUAL:
Marshaling will have to be discuss again by Committee Head and present to the Executive Committee.
Discussed only was the Team Walk-Out. We condemn Walk-out simply because it shows unprofessionalism. We must at all times show respect with Team Organizer as we expect also our guest also to act when we organize Tournaments.
A Team can only be called Default if the number of players are less than 75% of the total players. (This to avoid game fixing.); should a Team be called Default, automatically all his score with the other Teams will be forfeit or placed to zero.
It was also agreed by majority that we should focus on CORRECTING OURSELVES, being HONEST & not the fault of marshals, organizer and others teams. Trophies for Best Sportsmanship will be given more emphasis & winners last. Marshals are there as the last recourse.
4. AEG Licensing:
The offer of Mr. Borjie at P1,100 is reasonable enough however we need to consult w/ Boy Avila if he has a better offer.
5. UNDERSTANDING FAP RULES & DISSEMINATION TO PLAYERS:
It was agreed that ALL GAMESITE MUST HAVE COPY OF FAP RULES and must be posted at entrance of each gamesite. Discussion during meetings will be disseminated to each Members either thru meeting or thru text.
Honesty must be observe not just in Sunday games but MOST ESPECIALLY DURING TOURNAMENTS. It was proposed that TROPHY FOR BEST SPORTMANSHIP will be the BIGGEST than the game Champion.
6. BDU requirement during Tournaments / NAF PATCH

BDU issue will be taken at next meeting due to lack of time and needs much deliberation.
