NAF October 24, 2009 Meeting was called to order 2:08 P.M. held at Seal Team 3 Airsoft Shop

Agenda: 1. MAJORITY VOTE 75% of 17 Teams – it was discussed that since there are 17 Charter NAF Teams, 75% is between 12 & 13. So it specified through polling that equivalent of MAJORITY Vote (75%) shall be total of 12 Votes.
2. TEAM ID – Non-Compliant Teams will be placed on PROBATION. Ultimatum to comply ONLY until November 16, 2009 or will be EXPEL as Charter Team and lose their RIGHT to VOTE.
3. Online Meetings
A. Federation Bunker (New Issues) – if ever there will be new issues at Federation Bunker, reminders of our Regular Meetings, please text the following Team Leaders for proper dissemination. North Teams – Sir ben46 (Firecats) 0918-9139147 South Teams – Sir Bac01 (Team Bago) 0929-8292443
B. Federation Bunker to be rearrange into 4 Sections to be done by Sir NAF Admin. 1) New Issues / Topic 2) Polling or Voting 3) NAF TEAM MEMBERS 4) Archives
C. Team Leaders should visit Federation Bunker as much as possible nightly to check on issues and PARTICIPATE on Discussions and give his Opinion.
4. MEMBERSHIP – both Teams must undergo Probation and must comply with requirements of NAF: Team Roster, ID Pictures, ID No. must be submitted by Friday Oct. 30, 2009 if they decide to join NAF ORGANIZE TOURNAMENT of Team Bago.
A. TEAM SPARTAN – Sponsoring Teams: Firecats, LACAT, MAG, Trojans and MERCS.
B. TEAM TASC – Sponsoring Teams: SAF & Firecats
5. MARSHALING – this has been the very heart of every tournament. We have witness Teams organizing events that was well executed; and several Tournaments that was less acceptable to majority.
It was agreed by Majority that inorder for a Team to organize a Tournament, Team must have MARSHALS of atleast 80% of total players in the playing field.
Example: 10 Man Team Competition, this will be a total of 20 players in the playing field, so the organizer must have at least 16 Marshals as minimum. Ideal number of Marshal is 1:1 Ratio OR MORE.

thanks for the post Sir Arcangel. i wasn't able to attend the meeting coz my affair sa ulbuhan but i made my presence felt coz i was on the phone with Sir Mike during the meeting.
