3rd Meeting of Negros Airsoft Federation was called in to order October 3, 2009 - 2:16pm held at Seal Team 3 Airsoft Shop.
Venue was courtesy of Sir Jeff on live-video from the US.

Agenda:
1. Internet: Website/Forum - a follow-up if all Teams are connected and ready to initiate online meetings
Team Leaders were reminded again the importance of our Website/Forum (Virtual Meetings).
Team Leaders / Team Representatives are required to login at Federation Bunker of our Forum regularly to attend to issues concerned. Issues or Executive Orders can be immediately resolved by bringing them up at Federation Bunker and be ruled once it has gathered 12 votes or total 75% from the Charter Teams.
2. Regular Meetings (Physical Meetings), momentarily Team Leaders or Executive Committee agreed that Regular Meetings will be held every 2 weeks until such time NAF is running smoothly. Should the date of the next meeting fall on a tournament day, meeting will be move back a week after.
3. Executive Order No. 1 – Membership of Team SAF
Membership of Team SAF was place on probation for reason that they did not meet the deadline of filing of Roster on time as agreed by all Teams. The probation was over-ruled and was unanimously voted that Team SAF probationary will be lifted and granted the privilege as Charter Team. Team SAF was reminded that NAF will be lenient only for now, RED CARD will be issued next violation.
4. ID Pictures – Team Leaders were again reminded to submit their 1x1 ID Pictures. This will be affix to their respective Team Roster for proper monitoring. DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OCT. 14, 2009.
For Strict Compliance
5. Marshalling (Speedball Tournament) – Agreed by all Teams that we must have a common guide or rules in marshalling.
A. It was suggested that a Marshalling Manual are to be drafted by posting at Forum. The Marshalling Thread will be open to all NAF MEMBERS so they can give their inputs. Week after week, we will be collecting matters agreed by everyone to be incorporated at our Marshalling Manual.
B. NAF TEAM in order to Organize a NAF TOURNAMENT. Host is highly suggest to have a 1:1 ratio(Marshall per Player) or a minimum of atleast 20 Marshalls on the playing field. Should the Team CAN NOT meet the number of Marshalls, they are allowed to requested assistance from other NAF teams.
C. Gun Hit – situational and will be at the discretion of Marshall. Gun Hit at the upper barrel portion is a NON-HIT. But Gun hit in direct line to body will be considered HIT.
6. NAF LOGO – Each team are required to submit their entry for NAF LOGO. Once all Teams have submitted with corresponding explaination as to why the was design in such a manner. Entries can now be for voting. We will then make a poll and get the top 2 highest vote (Team Leaders only). From the Top 2 we will get the majority vote as to which will be our OFFICIAL NAF LOGO.
7. TOURNAMENTS & EVENTS:
A. Team RAM represented by President Raymund Reyes announce of their upcoming Tournament: The 1st Mayor Evelio Leonardia Airsoft Tournament OP: MASSKARA SEIGE on Oct. 17 & 18, 2009 – details posted Board Tournaments & Events. Guest Teams from Cebu, Dumaguete and Iloilo will be joining the event.
B. R6 of Iloilo sent also invitation through text that they are inviting NAF to join their NATIONAL TOURNAMENT on Nov. 21 & 22. Sir Sam (Team Zion) suggested to show support to our neighboring Airsofters in the Region to send a team. If we can not come up with the number, we send a delegate comprised of various NAF TEAMS. Please coordinate to Sir Sam as Committee Head of NAF delegate to Iloilo.
8. Team Viper - applying to be member of NAF. He was given list of requirement inorder to be member NEGROS AIRSOFT FEDERATION.
9. OPERATION RELIEF GOODS: BAGYO ONDOY VICTIMS - was spearheaded by TEAM TROJANS under the Leadership of Sir Alvin. Other Teams brought also their share of Relief Goods at the meeting. They were later endorse to ABS-CBN SAGIP KAPAMILYA.
In behalf of NAF, we would like to thank the Team Leaders who in a short notice was able to make our 1st Socio-Civic Activity a Success. We hope that this cooperation & unity would continue in our future undertakings.
